The 2025 Women Leading Tech Awards, presented by Atlassian, were a triumph. Flying in the face of a prevailing industry pullback from doing the right thing by society, the Awards on 28 March were a celebration of female excellence and diversity.

Among the powerful speeches, deep connections were forged between the more than 600 attendees from more than 140 different businesses. The Australian tech community stood together on the night, proving definitively that we have more in common than divides us.

The night also saw the unveiling of the second Women Leading Tech Power List.
